This will be anothet quick one as we are so tired. We made it through the secind long day, another 113km, ok. It was a surprise to find we had the energy to do it, but we founf it from somewhere. I have picked up a knee injuruy, inflamed or maybe strained tendons in my right knee. This made this afternoon really tough, but I made it. The doc is going to sort mw out with some pills later, and I have an ice pack on it now.

Tiger safari in the morning, then a measly 60km ride!
